Hello friends,

It has been a long time since Bar Rollins found it’s way back to Substack. Anyways… here we are. Summer is maybe our favorite time of the year. Sure it is hot… but you’re hot. Drinking natural wine is hot. It just goes hand and hand. Since we aren’t here (on Substack) too often we wanted to give you a big update.

This Sunday our long time friends, BATIK, are popping up. Always too much fun. You’re silly if you’re not here

Every Wednesday we are hosting… WINE SCHOOL WEDNESDAY. It is kind of a selfish event for us… we pop 3 or 4 of our favorite bottles, or bottles we’ve been wanting to try, and share them with you. It’s only $10 to participate or FREE if you buy one of those bottles. We also share a tech sheet with a bit about each wine and about the winemaker. It’s great fun. The best way to learn about wine is to drink it!

We got new merch. Only a handful left. It’s limited. It’s hot. Look hot this summer in new BR merch.

Every Monday we do APERO all day. It’s like a full day of happy hour. 20% off bottles at the bar and our APERO menu offered all night. A great way to invite some friends and pop a bottle you’ve been wanting to try.
